Growing up I was always the sensitive child. I always felt like I was different, I saw the world in such a different way to everyone else which felt polarising. I was sensitive to other people’s energy, my environments, foods and what I consumed on television. I felt everything on another level. Like most sensitive souls, I switched off as much as I could for as long as I could.
